星期三上F&B，去思源館workshop，ok閒hae的一堂…
內容︰睇suggestive selling video，role play，table setting，玩餐巾(仲記得國金軒0個款點摺)…
Role play，take the role as a server again…
而我個客，係親愛的WardWard同學。
呵呵~~笑到肚痛0既「麻煩」客~~~^o^

又玩又hae的一堂…但俾我sense到一件事…

我開始明白，點解我鍾意hospitality~
整個過程，其實同演戲無異。

Since the moment you come to my place，I have to try my very best to give you a perfect experience，exceed customers' expectation…
So, everything I do, is for preserving the guests' experience, the image that I wanna give them…Somehow like the way that Disney preserves its own magic.
No matter how I feel & comment about this guest，but what the guest experiences must be anytime & everything ready and perfect~
The only one thing that I care is what the guest think about my service, and what he/she think about this place.
And then he/she will leave with satisfied delighting mood，and are willing to come back also.
